I'm Susan Osborne and my mission is to help you become a confident, successful bookkeeper.

I've been a bookkeeper and accounting professional for over 20 years. I've been an employee and a freelancer, and I've done a mixture of both over the years.

It took a LONG time for me to feel confident enough in my skills to work with small business clients because I never took any formal training. You don't have to follow that path! Your road to becoming a successful freelance bookkeeper can be much quicker.

I will be the first to tell you I don't know everything there is to know about doing bookkeeping for every type of business out there. FAQ

What if I have no bookkeeping experience?

Then you are in the right place! This membership is for beginners (or Bootcamp grads) who haven't done bookkeeping and for those who may have done a little bit, but aren't quite ready to work with clients.

Is this only for people in the U.S.?

Anyone can enroll, but I only teach U.S. bookkeeping concepts. I do not go into VAT or any other topics that aren't U.S. focused.

Do I need to learn a software to do this?

I highly recommend you learn QuickBooks Online in order to be a freelance bookkeeper. This is a standard software platform for many small businesses. I will be doing trainings inside the MEM on QBO!

It's free for Accountant users (which will be you) and it's cloud-based. Nothing to download!

Is there one-on-one coaching?

While this isn't 1-on-1 coaching, you do have access to Susan via the community inside Kajabi and on the Live Q&A calls.

Do I need to be good at math?

Not really, although you do want to have an interest in working with numbers. The calculators handle most of the the math work.

Is there a long-term commitment or contract?

No! Month End Mavens is a month-to-month membership. You can also save by paying annually.

Can you guarantee I will get clients and be successful at this?

No. I can't guarantee anything like that. So much is up to you and your actions. What I can promise is that I will do my best to teach you core skills you need to be a competent bookkeeper and support you along the way. The rest is up to you!

What is the refund policy?

There are no refunds, but you can cancel anytime and will not be billed again.
